I'm really happy that I joined Sev in January, it's been so nice to be part of a fitness community and to have a trainer who is fun, driven, real and motivational! I love that Sev adapts her classes to all levels of fitness by giving you a choice which workout is best for you. The live workouts are super fun too and if you don't have time, you have access to catch up with workouts at anytime. Also the Instagram page has been so handy for me, especially if I get stuck for snacks and meal ideas. Thank you Sev, I feel so much happier and fitter already!

Sev is a fantastic trainer. She keeps you motivated with her positivity to helps you to achieve your goals whatever they are. I've really enjoyed all my online classes with Sev. She's a fabulous instructor. The classes are fun so you get a good workout without really realising it (until the next day!).
She offers support online too, so you feel like you have your own personal PT in your pocket, this was REALLY helpful in lockdown to keep motivated.

I joined Fitness with Sev in March as my gym was closed during lockdown. I was just going to use it until the gyms opened back up, but I am still here and loving every class we do. Sev is a great motivator and very enthusiastic, which is really encouraging. She knows her stuff and varies all the classes with lots of adaptations for beginners or advanced. The classes can be done live or on catch up. Which personally I love as I take her to the gym and it's like having my own personal trainer. I have noticed a change in my body shape with my muffin top dissapearing and muscle tone is more noticeable. She is there to keep you on track with nutrition advice and set challenges each month. Why pay a huge amount for another basic personal trainer when you can get it all with Sev.

2021 (Lockdown Transformation)

Before I signed up with Sev I actually enrolled at the local gym twice but could not motivate myself to go, so I gave up. I have now been attending Sev’s sessions for just over 12 weeks now and am so glad that I joined FitnesswithSev.This lady is so motivated and such fun! She makes you feel great and gives everybody her undivided attention. She really cares about her clients' needs and what they can achieve. Sev teaches you that fitness is not just about exercising, it's about eating the right things and that it’s a lifestyle change. To my amazing PT Sev! You have literally changed me, the way I feel, more than the way I look! I'm not sure what happened but the weight piled on over the 3rd lockdown! I weighed myself in February and it was the heaviest I had been since after having the kids! I was so upset! I loved going to the gym, but I had no motivation to walk or run outdoors in the winter! After seeing a couple of friends that lost weight, I was stressing that I would come out of lockdown looking big, but this put me on fire to do something about it! I couldn't sulk, but work har to make the change! I noticed you on Instagram, saw that you offered bodypump and joined instantly! I am now a changed person! I train 6 times a week, eat well, and started doing intermittent fasting! The thing that made the biggest difference was promising you I wouldn't snack at night ( our chat made me realise my hard fitness work was pointless). Thank you so much for the check-ins, confidence, and long term changing habits! You have made this journey mre fun. I literally loved you from day 1 as you said you were on a mission to get me looking my best for my 40th birthday next year! You are the only person that has asked me for a sexy selfie after a workout and I actually publicly put it up too!

I trained with @fitnesswithsev for a number of months to work on my health and building up my strength. Her live classes online were very motivating and she has a fantastic energy about her. Truly inspiring woman that I highly recommend to anyone! She works closely with her clients to work out a plan for you whether it’s diet and nutrition / fitness she will create a plan specific for you. After training with sev I had such a energy boost, my confidence rose and I just felt better physically & mentally! Definitely shoot her a message you will not regret it! I joined Sev in the beginning of January and so glad I did I feel so motivated and more energised every day and getting good sleep after the workouts I have joined or caught up on all so far and lost 5kg in a month onwards and upwards I am loving my journey and don’t want it to ever end recommend joining 100% Sev is so inspirational thank you!

I've been training with Sev since January 2021 and have seen positive results, which I know I could not have achieved without her motivation, support and energy. Through the bodybysev program, Sev is like a pocket PT on instagram with the added benefit of personal check-ins and one to one communication to make sure you are on track to achieve your own goals both from an exercise and diet point of view.  Attending group PT classes in the studio was so much fun, it didn't feel like the hard work I feared, as Sev pushes you to challenge yourself with tailored workout plans using a variety of kit and equipment and her focus on form and technique.

I met Sev at the school Christmas Bazaar almost 3 years ago. Had my sister not won a raffle prize which included a free PT session she couldn’t use, I’d never have joined. This was purely because I found the idea of 1-2-1 training intimidating as I wouldn’t be able to do anything. I was so wrong & needn’t have worried at all! From individual PT sessions to now semi-PT (small group) sessions, I have seen an increase in not only my fitness level but my general wellbeing. I look forward to the sessions whether it’s a Monday night in winter or a Saturday morning in summer. They are always challenging but with Sev’s careful planning & encouragement, just about achievable. Her involvement also goes beyond the workouts to nutritional advice either directly or shared within a WhatsApp group, an informative manual at the start of your program & food tracking on MyFitnessPal to ensure we’re achieving our own maximum potential. I’m fitter in my forties than I’ve ever been thanks to Sev & if I could train every day with her I would!

Before I met Sev i was overweight and unfit. I had very little motivation to do any exercise and to eat healthy meals to help me lose weight. When I finally built up the courage to do something about my weight I contacted Sev for her to help me get back on track to be fit, healthy and active. Sev guided me to eat good nutritious meals and to exercise at least 3 times a week to help me achieve my goals for my 30th birthday. I have been doing personal training sessions with Sev for 8 months now and training 3 times a week. I have lost 2 stone and 2 Ibs and I have gone down 2 dress sizes. I couldn't have done it without the support, encouragement and motivation from Sev to help me lose the weight. As you know from my first message to you, I gained 3st 1lb through 2020 due to a combination of not being able to go to the gym because of lockdown and eating anything and everything!  I was feeling so disheartened and knew I had to take control again. I text Amy asking for your details as I was aware how well she was doing following your workouts and the support she received in the group chat. I figured if Amy was enjoying it, then it must be good! Let's just say I was not disappointed and have gone on to lose a WHOPPING 16lbs in my first month!  Joining your group  is exactly what I needed and I am now feeling so motivated.

The day I met Sev my life changed forever (Facts) she has bought the sun the moon and the stars to my life. Before I met Sev I was only living half a life, due to my weight I found the simple daily tasks so difficult. Trying to put socks on was a challenge. Now I can put my socks on while I’m standing. Going up or down stairs (I had to go up or down 1 at a time) now I fly up and down stairs! Turning from left to right while in bed was so difficult, I almost needed someone to help because I was so heavy. But now I toss and turn with great ease. Being invited out was the hardest I always had my list of excuses why I couldn’t go ready, because I had nothing to wear and did not feel confident. (now I can’t wait to go out) The old me would drive around 5 times if I had to to find the closes parking spot so I did not have to walk far but now I would be happy to park any wear, because I love walking and I’m not tired anymore as I have so much energy now.

Exercising 3 to 4 times a week has totally changed my mindset, my body, the way I think, the way I feel, it’s changed all aspects of my life. I truly thank Sev for all her undivided support & for all the amazing ladies in our group PT sessions, none of this would have happened without you.

I joined Sev’s fitness family just before the summer as I was fed up with trying to squeeze into my clothes and with the way I looked.  Pre-children I used to love going to the gym, however trying to balance work, kids, and chores meant that I started to put myself last.  That’s what’s so great about working out with Sev- it’s so much easier to fit into your daily routine.  Every week there is the opportunity to join 5 live varied workouts a week at different times of the day.  This all changes weekly too so there are lots of opportunities to join live sessions.  If you are unable to join a live, you can catch up when you can.  Sev is very enthusiastic and has great energy so her sessions are fun.  She’s passionate about what she does and is a great motivator and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.  Being 40+, I’ve noticed how much harder it has become to keep in shape however with Sev’s help I am nearly at my goal.
