PERSONAL TRAINING
My personal training services are open to anyone, whether you're starting from the very beginning, or looking to enhance your current performance, I can motivate you to achieve your goals safely, enjoyably and effectively by putting together tailor-made exercise programmes to suit your specific needs! Together we will work to help you achieve the fitness goals you have personally set yourself.
All Personal Training sessions are carried out at my Studio
All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice, or an additional charge may be applied.
All block booked sessions must be paid on the day of booking & all sessions must be paid for in advance before the session commences.
Refunds will not be given due to illness, injury, or non participation for sessions, classes & virtual clients, or for any other reason. If classes are missed due to non attendance, no refunds, credit, or exchanges are applicable.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
​​These training sessions are varied and your progress is monitored monthly .
Strength training is the best way to change body composition, each group session follows a split training program where each workout is designed to target a different muscle group.
Group sessions provides a measurable, results-focused program.
Training with like-minded individuals is extremely motivating. Seeing other people just like you stay focused and inspired will keep you on the straight and narrow.

MONDAY - 6:30PM
TUESDAY - 9:30AM
WEDNESDAY - 10AM & 7:30PM
THURSDAY - 9:30AM & 6:30PM
FRIDAY - 9:30AM
SATURDAY - 9AM & 10AM
