I offer 1:1 sessions that take place in the studio. My personal training services are open to anyone, whether you're starting from the very beginning, or looking to enhance your current performance, I can motivate you to achieve your goals safely, enjoyably, and effectively by putting together tailor-made exercise programs to suit your specific needs!

Together we will work to help you achieve the fitness goals you have personally set yourself.  

PRICE BREAKDOWN:

PAY AS YOU GO FOR £45 A SESSION (1 HOUR)

10  SESSIONS FOR £399 - To be used within 3 months of purchase

20  SESSIONS FOR £699 - To be used within 6 months of purchase 

TRAIN WITH A FRIEND AT £599 FOR 10  SESSIONS

Session duration: 1 hour

These Group Personal Training sessions will consist of groups of people doing their own personalized workouts at the same time. The sessions are varied and your progress is monitored each step of the way. Even though it's a group-based workout, everything in the session is still catered toward you and your personal goals. 

Coupled with the knowledge that weight training is the best way to change the composition of your body, these small group sessions follow a split training program where each workout is designed to target a different muscle group each day of the week. Sessions use classic body sculpting and bodyweight training exercises alongside scientifically proven strength and conditioning principles to work on creating lean, toned muscles. Combined with HIIT-style cardio workouts to focus on fat loss and accelerate fitness levels, these sessions are a complete fitness experience.

Having people alongside you working out, is much more fun than training on your own. It's also fun to come together as a group at the end of sessions for conditioning, stretching or a debrief of session. Group personal training also provides a measurable, results-focused weight training program. Training with like-minded individuals is extremely motivating. Seeing other people just like you stay focused and inspired will keep you on the straight and narrow.

Our private members' group consists of live and saved workouts, that you can do anywhere, and at any time, accommodating to your schedule, with little or no equipment needed! Nutritional support and Macros Tracking are included. From HIITT, cardio, and strength sessions, to toning and stretch sessions, this program has it all. Each week Bodybysev provides a well-rounded timetable of classes, from 10, 30 & 45 minutes to improve fitness, strength, and flexibility, as well as mental wellbeing.

My Online Fitness Coaching programme is specifically designed to help women lose weight and achieve their fitness goals. With the guidance of myself as your fitness coach, you'll receive personalised support tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS' NOTICE, OR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE MAY BE APPLIED.

ALL BLOCK BOOKED SESSIONS MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF BOOKING &

ALL SESSIONS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE BEFORE THE SESSION COMMENCES.

REFUNDS will not be given due to illness, injury, or non participation for sessions, classes & virtual clients, or for any other reason. If classes are missed due to non attendance, no refunds, credit, or exchanges are applicable.
