OUR NHS FUNDRAISER

During the lockdown of 2020, I started to stream daily live workouts on Instagram to keep my family, friends, community and others from all around the world who wish to join in, stay positive, fit, and healthy.

While all workouts were completely free, to support the wonderful NHS staff and volunteers for the truly amazing work they do as always (especially in these extremely difficult times), I created a JustGiving page where viewers could make donations.

We raised a total of £758!
