ABOUT ME

Healthy Eating and Fitness has always been my passion, it allows me to share my knowledge and training with my clients, helping them begin their fitness journey and achieve their personal goals. 

I have found that I am mentally 𝒂𝒏𝒅 physically stronger, not because of miracle surgery, quick-fix diets, or slimming pills, but because of my hard work and dedication to be the happiest and healthiest version of myself. Nothing brings me greater pleasure than to bring positivity to my clients and contributing towards making their health and physical desires a reality.

Based just a 5-minute walk from Oakwood Station, our studio consists of 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒏𝒆𝒘 equipment, an amazing sound system, and AC! Making it the perfect space to exercise. 

Fitnesswithsev is also 𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒅 to help you achieve your fitness goals with a range of services based in the studio, such as Group Personal Training. 

I am also Pre & Post Natal Certified, alongside being accredited in Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning, meaning I am able to offer you an 𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒆 experience with a plan of action 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒍𝒚 made for you 🙇‍♀️​

PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer 1:1 alongside small group personal training sessions that take place in the studio. My personal training services are open to anyone, whether you're starting from the very beginning, or looking to enhance your current performance, I can motivate you to achieve your goals safely, enjoyably and effectively by putting together tailor-made exercise programmes to suit your specific needs! Together we will work to help you achieve the fitness goals you have personally set yourself.

I joined Sev's semi-PT sessions with an aim of getting back to improve my fitness levels as well as lose my baby fat. Within 6 months I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and can fit into all my old clothes. Sev works us hard every session and every session is different so we don't get bored. She motivates us with monthly weigh-ins and challenges. We can log our food intake on myfitnesspal and she monitors us to help us keep on track. Sev has given a list of good foods to eat and regularly shares recipes and her food ideas. The sessions are fun and they go very quickly. She also personalizes them if we want to work on a particular body area. Thank you, Sev for all your support and encouragement!
